on the concepts taught in Advanced Beginner's Pilates with smoother
transitions, while still offering
modifications to ensure proper execution of the exercises.

Advanced
Intermediate Pilates Mat
Prerequisite:
Intermediate Mat or studio approval
A more challenging mat workout! This class furthers all concepts taught
in the Intermediate Pilates course
and more advanced exercises will be introduced. The instructor will
use more verbal cues than hands-on
corrections and will emphasize flow between the exercises.

Prenatal
Pilates
STOTT Prenatal Pilates safely delivers optimal strength, flexibility
and endurance during pregnancy and
is performed while sitting and standing. This modified workout promotes
easier breathing during pregnancy,
optimal pelvic alignment and control, enhanced strength for core birthing
muscles and reduced lower back strain.

group environment. We are slowly eliminating the large group mat workshops
as we want our clients to quickly and productively reach their personal
goals. We want the studio to be known as a movement education center,
rather than a gym where our clients come for a quick workout and learn

NEW Pilates for Osteoporosis
Specialized Mat Class
Pilates is an excellent form of exercise for anyone afflicted with Osteopenia
or Osteoporosis. However, certain modifications are needed to perform
a safe and effective workout. Join us for a challenging mat class to
effectively build strength and prevent further bone loss. Participants
must have a BMD T-score of -1 to -2.5. Individuals who do not fall within
this range MUST attend private lessons.
